Dec 19th - Gym with George

Training in the shed has been put on hold, until probably after the New Year. Both Steve and Tony are out of town right now, and both Christmas and New Year's are on Sunday this year, so lifting gets the back-burner.

That being the case, I went to Goodlife tonight with George for a workout. SO sore already.

10 minutes of Elliptical to Warm up.

Last heavy day for a couple weeks. Exams start wednesday, and are gonna take a lot of me in terms of lifting. Todays training went well though.

Wednesday, Nov 30.

Last day of Movember. Thank god, so sick of all those staches.

Decent night tonight, in regards to lifting. Began the night in a little panic, as I couldn't get a video uploaded for one of my classes. Turned into a team effort, and Tom ended up converting the whole thing and getting it uploaded for me. Close call.

Benches are really going well lately. Technique is probably the best it's ever been, and the weight is moving as well. I'm really looking forward to the next time in shirt to see where that stands. Raw squats all around tonight, and they were slightly heavier than I had planned for. Aside from one set though, still not too bad.

The next couple of weeks are going to be a little hit or miss.Exams start next week, so study mode has set in for the time being. Everything else is going to have to coe in second place. Sunday's training will go ahead as normal, then next wednesday I have my first exam, so thats out.
